IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Application forms are available ONLY at the above test centres
2. The closing date for Kuala Lumpur & Kota Kinabalu Test Centre is different from that of Penang and Ipoh.
3. Applicants must submit their completed application forms to the test center where they wish to sit for the test.
So, if u wish to take the test, hurry up! the closed date is just around the corner.
