Just the way you are

Assalamualaikum

Hi everyone! Minna san wa ogenki desu ka? Watashi wa genki da yooo... hihi ^^

I'm at home now.. still seeking for something to do during this holiday. It's quite a long holiday since the graduation day will be in the end of July..Phew.. do you have any suggestion for me ?

Ever since I'm back home last Sunday, honestly, I missss my studentss sooo mmmuuuchhh!!

How are they ? Are they OK with their new science teacher there? I felt something missing when I wake up in the morning. No more 'berebut bilik air' with housemates, no more 'thumbprint' at the school office , no more greetings and cute smiles from the students.. Ohhh, I really miss those moments..

To be honest, I love school atmosphere so much. Seeing the students' pure faces, their act, their opinions, ideas, and laughter..

For your information, I loved to read the inspirational stories about teachers and teaching profesion during my studies at university. I'm still remember the book that I read in the library at university, entitled ' SMILE BEFORE DECEMBER'. It was really an awesome book. And, believe it or not, I applied the content of the book during my practicum in school, and it works!

Alhamdulillah...

I love seeing smiling faces. During my school days, I also love to see my teachers entered the class with smiling faces. That indicate that he/ she was in a good mood for the lesson. I just can't help myself to feel down whenever the teachers entering the class with sour and gloomy faces. So far, it was true that you should give your students your smile as early as possible. Don't wait until December. It's gonna be too late!

And the most importantly, I just act the way I am whenever I face my students. And, they feel comfortable and easy to communicate with me. Even to share problems and their opinions about certain things, they feel free to share them with me. Believe it or not, even the 'monkey love' @ 'puppy love' matter, I still have to handle it. I just gave them advices and alhamdulillah, they listened to me. Without giving harsh words or scary warnings, the students will listened to us when we use soft way and psycho them a bit...hihi

Being a teacher doesn't mean that our job is only to teach. We are not just teaching, but guiding them.

Smile before it's too late.

Give them warm attention.

Listen to them and they will listen to you..

You will get what you give

Love them

They will love you back =)

Some of the gifts

My students even gave me a T-shirt which they designed it themselves. Saying 'We love you' there. How touching... sob3

And they drew their signatures on the back of the T-shirt and write some lovely and touching words...

'You are the one'

'You are the best'

'I'll remember you'

'Don't forget me'

'Just the way you are'

Last but not least, thanks a lot my students for loving me.

You make me smile (^_^)

<3 <3 <3 <3 tonnes of love to you my students <3 <3 <3 <3

Selamat Tinggal ~~ Sayounara ~~ Goodbye

Assalamualaikum

Pengalaman dgn students tersayang buat kali terakhir. (T_T)

Selamat tinggal...

Sayounara...

Goodbye...

Kalau ada rezeki, insyaAllah kita bertemu lagi...

Setiap pertemuan pasti ada perpisahan

Cikgu sayang students cikgu sangat2 ^^

Thank you so much for loving me, my students.

I love all of you so much (^_^).

The teachers play games that the students prepared for us. It was awesome. I enjoyed it so much.

Teacher's Day Quotes

All that I have achieved in my life is because of my teachers. Some of them were formally designated as my teachers -- in school, college, and university. Others, such as my parents, were my teachers nonetheless. Here are some happy Teacher's Day quotes to celebrate the best teachers in our lives.

Dan Rather

The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau, sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called truth.

Henry Brooks Adams

A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.

Robert Brault

The average teacher explains complexity; the gifted teacher reveals simplicity.

Cicero

The authority of those who teach is often an obstacle to those who want to learn.

Jacques Barzun

In teaching, you cannot see the fruit of a day's work. It is invisible and remains so, maybe for twenty years.

Helen Caldicott

Teachers, I believe, are the most responsible and important members of society because their professional efforts affect the fate of the earth.

Albert Einstein

It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.

Nikos Kazantzakis

Ideal teachers are those who use themselves as bridges over which they invite their students to cross, then having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create bridges of their own.

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

A teacher who can arouse a feeling for one single good action, for one single good poem, accomplishes more than he who fills our memory with rows and rows of natural objects, classified with name and form.

Ken Blanchard

Your role as a leader is even more important than you might imagine. You have the power to help people become winners.

William Butler Yeats

Education is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire.

Forest Witchcraft

A hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, but the world may be a better place because I made a difference in the life of a child.

To Every Student

In every school, to every student

there's a special teacher.

To every teacher, to every student

there's a special bond.

To every bond to every moment

there’s a special time that we'll think

back and say to our self’s

"That teacher really cared!"

If you know that teacher cares

your life will brighten up.

Cause now you know that

if you fall, that same special teacher

Will come and help you up.

Poems by Gloria Celiant
